Mission: To promote the benefits of kombucha, a probiotic ferment, and run a kitchen and taproom featuring kombucha, local beers, and primarily plant-based scratch made foods to encourage healthy consumption of foods and beverages
One of my primary roles was meeting with the partnerships around town, taking pictures to advertise where you can find or take Panacea's kombucha, and editing them to be utilized on their social media platforms. Below is a small sample of the collection of edited photos turned in.






Other major tasks included creating their first professional employee handbook from scratch and writing blog posts about their recipes and the benefits of the probiotics included in the dishes.

Panacea's Kimchi Pancakes
As 2018 begins to wrap up, we begin preparing for another successful year, this time breakfast style. Don’t let the word kimchi scare you away from an exciting recipe offered soon in our brand new restaurant! Kimchi is a traditional side dish that includes salted and fermented veggies and a combination of seasonings. It is rich in vitamins A, B, and C and has healthy bacteria. Probiotics are beneficial to encompass into your diet for digestive purposes. This recipe will leave your entire body feeling energized and ready for the rest of your day.
Panacea's Kimchi Immunity Soup
Feeling under the weather? Ginger can reduce muscle pain, fight germs, and calm nausea. Tumeric and black pepper may be the most underrated power couple. Not only do they fight inflammation together, but this combination can enhance brain function and may even help prevent cancer. Miso contains essential minerals and is a great source for protein and zinc, amongst other things. Garlic allows for the decreased growth rate of cancer cells and helps to lower blood sugar levels. So no matter your health goal, this is the right recipe to try out.
Below is the cover page of the Panacea Brewing Company Handbook I created. It ended up being seven pages and was utilized for a while before being implemented into a more expansive handbook after expanding their business to include a new restaurant and location.
